Orchard Park
Susanna has worked for IRT UK for over 15 years. She has worked on a number of applications, including securing planning permission for a new state-of-the-art equine facility for racehorses outside of Newmarket.
The new equine facility can accomodate up to 20 thoroughbred racehorses in modern barns and prestine pastureland, all overseen from the improessive new-build 750sqm managing owners dwelling and offices, shown above.
Crumps Farm
Working to secure a future for an historic farm in Kent, Susanna provided the planning strategy to secure full planning permission for 9 new homes. The project including the conversion of a Listed Barn and some new build homes. Susanna successfully led the project through pre-application stage, a public consultation and a full planning application. The team were pleased that this application was approved at the local level, receiving the full support of the Local Planning Authority.
Hams Travel
On behalf of Hams Travel, Susanna successfully utilised special exceptions which allow rural businesses to provide houses for staff within the countryside, where ordinarily planning policy would resist new housing. Susanna gained approval for this new dwelling, having successfully demonstrated a need for a dwelling in close proximity to the yard. Permission was also gained to enable the business to expand their busy coachyard in Flimwell.
