Director
Susanna is a widely experienced Town Planner with more than 20 years professional practice in the private sector. Her portfolio of previous work encompasses large scale strategic urban extensions through to smaller scale 'windfall' development sites and right down to individual householder developments.
She has provided successful planning services on complex sites where constraints have included Listed Buildings, contamination, trees, landscape sensitivities, access difficulties, contamination issues, flooding concerns and sensitive neighbouring uses.
Her track record also includes achieving planning permissions for a range of rural uses within sensitive landscape settings as well as for typical urban uses across residential, commercial, industrial, retail, educational, healthcare and religious developments.
